When you book my services we have entered into a contract.
From 13 June 2014 the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which implement the Consumer Rights Directive in UK law, came into effect. The regulations apply to items bought online, at a distance, or away from a trader's premises (for example, at home or at work).
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days starting on the day you booked MT Telecom (enter the date in the box below).
This cancellation notice will be communicated to MT Telecom by email using this form.
The form below may be used (but is not obligatory) to exercise this right.
I will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation without delay.
If you cancel this contract I will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including, where applicable, any deposit paid to MT Telecom, the costs of any delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose anything other than the standard delivery). You will be responsible for the costs of returning any goods to MT Telecom unless we have agreed otherwise.
MT Telecom may take a deduction from the reimbursement for loss of value of any goods supplied if the loss is due to unnecessary handling by you.
All goods should be returned to MT Telecom within 14 days of cancellation.
MT Telecom will make the reimbursement not later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back or that you provide evidence that you returned the goods.
MT Telecom will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
In the case of a service contract, if you requested to begin work during the cancellation period, you shall pay MT Telecom a reasonable amount to take account of the work carried out by MT Telecom until cancellation is communicated to us.
I have requested that work commence within the 14 day cancellation period. I understand that I will be liable to make reasonable payment for all work carried out prior to cancellation if I choose to exercise my right to cancel the contract.
