Refunds or partial refunds are not given. Eg. If you book a video /telephone reading for 30 mins and you run out of questions after 10 mins, no refund will be given. Tarot readings are a guide and for entertainment purposes. Clients are urged to follow their gut feelings along with the readings given. Not liking the answers I give you using the tarot cards to the questions you ask me, will not be a sufficient reason for any partial or full refund. The tarot booking payment form will require you, the client, to tick YES in the box to agree to this disclaimer clause. If you do not tick YES, the form can not be submitted. The tarot booking payment form must be submitted before any tarot reading can be done.

Appointments for Email, Telephone/ Video Whatsapp and Face to Face Readings can be made on this form. All email answers are sent to your whatsapp with the 2 or 3 tarot card photos picked with each question. All video/ telephone tarot readings are recorded. I will whatsapp it to you afterwards as unlisted youtube video. Please request the video recording be sent to you after the tarot reading by whatsapp. It will not be sent to you automatically.

For telephone/video whatsapp readings please write on a piece of paper, the questions that you want to ask me during the reading. If the reading ends before the paid amount of time, no partial refund will be given so be ready to ask all your questions to fill the paid time. You can ask me about love, relationships, family, health, children, finance, career and future happiness.
